I would imagine Kay's played his last game for us? Not good enough for this level, unfortunately.

He’s not a bad player and probably could be a decent footballer at this level but he behaves like it’s all about him.
As he is at the moment - too many mistakes in him and usually costly ones & doesn’t seem to learn from them either. Definitely can’t keep his mouth shut so he’s always walking a fine line before the second yellow appears.

who we keep and who we bring in could also depend on what formation we play and also in some cases the players ages - Sea for example would still be counted as outside the squad cap because of being under 21, so may be kept (he's only 19).
It will be interesting where we play Brough - he looks like he could play just about anywhere on the left side of the pitch - including up front given the chance

No surprise. I think he must be one of the best keepers in the division, and he is 28, said to be the age at which keepers mature and are at their best. Clubs will be after Quigley as well. We will just have to live with it and trust the judgement of the Board.

I would say he definitely is good enough for this level but, equally, it is very obvious that he has an exasperating problem when it comes to temperament and discipline. Back in the Evatt days he admitted himself that he was hard to manage. But good enough? Yes. To paraphrase one Jed Clampett, somebody needs to sit down and have a long hard talk with that boy.

We need to get the management situation sorted out either way and then they have a full off season for player recruitment, we can’t have a shambles again

100% spot on. Priority is who is managing the team. No point in making player decisions with a staff who might not be picking the team in August.

Brough , Platt , Quigley , Dixon would be desirable purchases for teams in our league and higher.

I think a fair few offers will come in for Quigley.

I doubt that. Most have struggled in League 2 and Evatt now needs players for League 1.
