Tbh the best video ive seen recently from Morecambe was the machete fighting lads filmed about 10 mins away from the ground in broad daylight. The west end off Morecambe makes Barrow Island look like the ritz.

Yes pathetic isn't it. What kind of a tin pot club loses its manager when they finally achieve an unprecedented promotion eh?
Oh! now I come to think about it.....

Not disagreeing with you Perth. The bantams have a habit of trying to buy themselves out of their mediocrity with, it has to be said limited success. I'm not sure that Adams is quite as good as others make him out to be, but it'll be an expensive little project to keep their fans happy at least for a while.
I'm no great fan of Morecambe but I'm old school when it comes to expressing disdain for aspiring managers that put salary before ambition and aspiration. Many will see this as a step forward rather than backwards but it isn't. At least when Evatt went he could argue it was to a club in the same division. There'll be no tears shed for Derek Adams if finds himself out of a job after 25 games with Bradford City in 10th place.

... having said that there doesn't appear to be a bad word said of Adams on the Morecambe forum and an admission that the Bradford job would be much bigger. And an acceptance that about 5 of their squad will follow. Very mature attitude but I'm not sure it would be mirrored on this forum. Cant help but feel that Morecambe are a bit of a butterfly about to be crushed by L1. I wonder if Challinor might end up with that job.Suffolk Blue wrote: ↑Thu Jun 03, 2021 12:18 pm Not disagreeing with you Perth. I've heard the Adams Heroes flag has been bought by Bradford for 30 pieces of silver!
