Re: Birmingham v Barrow
Is it behind closed doors? No mention in that article but, apparently, we're going to "struggle to survive a second season" in League 2 according to this well-informed observer.
Don't let the old man in.

Re: Birmingham v Barrow
Interesting to read about Zanzala`s injury , we need to replace quigley ( for situations like these) because James doesn`t inspire any sort of confidence at League 2 level effort 100% but it requires a bit more than that !

Re: Birmingham v Barrow
Regarding Zanzala's injury
I would like to know if the club has a replacement lined up for Zanzala if he is going to be out long term.
I don,t want it to be like last season when we signed a striker who got injured in training and then never played for the club while being on the books.
Events like this could really affect the performance of the team the season having lost Scott Quigley.
We may have made a bit of money selling him,but it won,t do us any good if we don,t have a decent striker up front.

Re: Birmingham v Barrow
Zanzala was featured in the video and pictures from the training camp in Scotland
All this article has done is state about him coming off v Holker after picking up a slight knock and put 2 and 2 together to make 100

No, it’s a behind closed doors game at Birmingham’s training ground

So who is our well informed observer?MisterPleasant wrote: ↑Mon Jul 19, 2021 10:31 am Is it behind closed doors? No mention in that article but, apparently, we're going to "struggle to survive a second season" in League 2 according to this well-informed observer.

Could it because the well informed observer hasn,t really seen this Barrow team play and is making his assessment based on the results before Christmas when we had a vastly different team to the one we have got now.

Re: Birmingham v Barrow
I’d take this article with a pinch of salt
He’s written it as if it’s the 3rd round of the FA Cup
It’s a pre season friendly that’s being played at Birmingham’s training ground (another correction to the article who believes we are playing at st Andrews)

Luke james will get loaned out not good enough tries very hard and gives it his all but league 2 is not his level and its not from the want off trying. If you do stay son prove us all wrong.
