Nope and why would you go to the bar and get empty glasses and disappear down a side bit if it was in operation.

Easy keep your glass for the duration of the game and keep getting in refilled - thats been done elsewhere however I am not at the ground and can’t see it. So I’ll go with someone’s getting sneaky pints lol

If people are queuing for 20 mins then maybe they bought extra and popped them on a table somewhere, maybe one of their mates was queuing up.. let's hope club gets plenty more point of sales to avoid long queues ... let them spend

Good game…… BUT who is going to score the goals?
Could do with an injury update on Zanzala with the season start around the corner. If we need to go out and get a goal scorer then that has to be the priority now.

Other than that- thought we looked good in spells. Was really impressed with Tom White and Banks in midfield

yes agree with all comments, we kept our shape well, everyone worked hard ,Ellis commanding at the back white back to his best!, we desperately need someone to hold the ball up front and obviously someone to score! ( not panicking yet ) but only 2 weeks left!

Having said that Dixon made two excellent saves in the second half, in particular the overhead kick from Sea which looked to all the World destined to nestle in the back of the net.

Thought Banks played well today, looked the part. And Hutton put a few decent crosses in. The best one of which Gordon should have scored from but unfortunately missed timed his jump for the header

Encouraging performance by most of the players, and glimpses of some decent team play. Great save by Dixon to deny Sea. Hutton had a very good first half.
Sad to say the pies were very poor, or at least the one I had was - not a patch on those available pre Covid.

Really disappointing to see that a large number of vocal and well known fans who were behind the goal in the first half have decided to now stand on the popular side. Despite being told not to by the club. Some of these may also be involved with the club by all accounts. Ruining it for everyone else.

The same group who also were spotted taking empty pint plastics before the game at the fan zone and magically reappearing with a full drink out of nowhere when some people had queued for 20minutes.

Look at the money Bolton paid for their attacking big guns they were pretty anonymous today. It's a bit hit and miss for the number 9 role.

Travelled up by train today and unfortunately had a few louts from Bolton on it as well.
Abusing women and children at 11am is not funny and abhorrent.

I thought it was a decent game, quite competitive for a friendly (as it should be IMO)
Hutton looks a good addition, Banks & White also look like they’ll play a big role in this coming season.
As others have suggested, with this current squad and set-up the goals unfortunately won’t be flowing. MC does on this showing though look like he wants to play decent attractive football.

Off the field, the queues at the fanzone were ridiculous, two people serving was poor planning. I never went in the X Bar but others did only to return straight away saying the queues up there were as bad. That has to be sorted ASAP or it will definitely put people off, which would be a shame as in this weather it’s a great facility.
