Re: Stevenage
Nope. Call at the ground or pay £1 postage and have it delivered which I had to do. I would rather do it online and print the ticket off but that can't be done.

Re: Stevenage
It’s because Stevenage have sent actual tickets - it isn’t an e-ticket like we doMiddleton Nick wrote: ↑Thu Jul 29, 2021 3:02 pmNope. Call at the ground or pay £1 postage and have it delivered which I had to do. I would rather do it online and print the ticket off but that can't be done.
Re: Stevenage
Strange how Stevenage can provide E-Tickets for home supporters, though.
Ah well.

Re: Stevenage
They use their own ticketing system for that but Barrow can't access it hence they sent tickets. It might have been better for us to obtain tickets from the Stevenage website as we did for Southport unless you live near the ground of course.
Re: Stevenage
I don’t think there’s an option to buy Away tickets on their website, Nick.Middleton Nick wrote: ↑Thu Jul 29, 2021 3:37 pmThey use their own ticketing system for that but Barrow can't access it hence they sent tickets. Re: Stevenage
I think sending tickets to other clubs is fairly standard practice in the EFL. It allows the away club to sell the tickets in phases based on their own priority system (ST Holders / Purchasing History / General Sale), like we are doing with the Stevenage Tickets.
Doesn't matter too much for bigger allocations for Barrow but if we are limited to a small number for an important fixture I'd imagine people will want a priority system in place to those with ST's / Trust Membership / Purchase History etc.
That's something the host club won't be able to put in place.

Re: Stevenage
There isn't AB but reading Jamie's post it looks like the ticket sending is standard in EFL and also the managing of priority is easier, especially for bigger games.A.B. wrote: ↑Thu Jul 29, 2021 3:39 pmI don’t think there’s an option to buy Away tickets on their website, Nick.Middleton Nick wrote: ↑Thu Jul 29, 2021 3:37 pm

Re: Stevenage
According the stevenage's Web page unless the away stand full allocation (1,390) have be sold by the away team the tickets should be able to be bought at the south stand or ticket office on the day
Just my opinion

Re: Stevenage
Worth noting there is a mark up on prices if purchased on the day:walney rock wrote: ↑Thu Jul 29, 2021 5:34 pm According the stevenage's Web page unless the away stand full allocation (1,390) have be sold by the away team the tickets should be able to be bought at the south stand or ticket office on the day
Adult: £22 -> £24
Concession: £20 -> £22
U18: £14 -> £16
U12: £8 -> £10

Re: Stevenage
Does Barrow make a commission on the sales, I wonder? If so, prefer to buy from HS. If not, will get e-jobbies directly from Stevenage FC.

Only from Barrow via pickup or post, or on the day for £2 extra.

Re: Stevenage
Okay, thanks for the feedback. Hopefully, we get big support there, despite the distance from Barrow.
