Thanks for this Adam, it's embarrassing that we've got such an inspirational manager in Mark and we immediately let him down with inadequate facilities, I know this is being rectified but if we want to reach league one ( not my word's) we have to get our infrastructure much better and our decision making has to be more professional, I don't know how these decisions are made but we seriously need to get our act together moving forward !

A bit off tangent but on the subject of the last couple of posts - has anyone on the board got experience running football side of things as opposed to a purely business background? This is no way a criticism of those in place at the moment but in scenarios like we've had with the training ground it makes you think that this is something we are badly missing.

None - absolutely none. Some great businessmen on the board but not one has experience in football. Compound that with a CEO that has never run a business or played football (yet runs a football business...) and it's no wonder the club is now the shambles that it is.

When you spend the vast majority of your working week at the training facility you think that wouldn't have been discussed?!

Yes he maybe could have asked where it was but I wouldn't blame him for assuming we actually had one.
