Far more important than a half-time pint (I'm driving), what about the half-time meat 'n' tattie pie? Can you buy them in the ground or do you have to use the Barrow Eats app and collect from the Fanzone? And are they any good?! I've read some disturbing reports.

Bolton friendly the pies were on sale in fanzone bar plus sausage rolls.Next game the cup game not on sale there.You may purchase them from the refreshment huts inside ground by either cash or card.I regret to day that they in my humble opinion are not a patch on delis or the ones from Sutherland street or greens.Apparently they come from morecambe way as we are told local producers not interested in providing them.I informed Harry personally they were not good and there would be complaints from regulars and this has happened.I have even been in the bingo where certain elderly gents make a point of telling me they rubbish and won’t have them again.I tell them I don’t cook them.If and I say if we cannot persuade local firm to provide them at reasonable price I would default to having a burger wagon (I love mcmunchies at back of fanzone near gate. Would do a roaring trade but that doesn’t assist the people that go straight in groundout course.

I've seen the sausage rolls drooping across the tray. They don't look too appetising and at £3 a time I'm glad I'm fed and watered already.

None can be worse than the one I had at Wembley 2010 Trophy final for six quid. But maybe home-made egg sandwiches might be the order of the day after all.

You have to have an issue with drink if you feel the need to sprint to the soccer bar for a pint. Too neck in less than 10 mins and then run back while missing part off the match both halves each to their own like!

It's a social thing. We've been doing it for years. Regarding the time factor it's always been quicker in the Soccer Bar to get served - the main reason why we didn't access The Crossbar. Necking a pint in less than 10 mins? Listen lad; I can down a pint in 10 seconds Very rarely missed any of our matches - either half. But I guess those days are over. Anyway; we won't be drinking anymore at half time due to the ground restrictions + shoddy bar service at both The Fan Zone and The Crossbar. There's always the hip-flask

After a few games when the teething issues are sorted won’t any queues be way lower as we have 2 bars now & ( example ) if the crossbar lines are big could a barstaff person walk the line taking orders or selling bottles to further reduce the line??

Isn't that why we have a full-time guy ,he should be at least investigating opportunities to make money, doesn't make sense to look at matchday revenues only ,we need to start to maximise our potential to make our club self sustainable!
