Just tried to ring the club about when Aston Villa tickets were going on sale as nothing on the ticketing website, but the date and time of the match is there.
Unfortunately nobody is picking the phone up.I hope they go on sale soon as it is only 7 days until the match

If you are a season ticket holder and a Bluebird Trust member can you buy two tickets as they are limiting season ticket holders to one ticket each?

Are they? Would be daft if they do, there’s plenty of tickets

If its like last time, you can only buy the same number of tickets as you bought season tickets

Seems to be taking a long time and the opportunity to tie in a deal for the Exeter game has now gone. Need to maximise opportunities like this in my opinion, maybe have put at least another 500 on tomorrow’s gate if there had been some kind of discount of attending both games.

I appreciate that there may be more to it than that, but keep fans updated. A very simple message explaining why there’s a delay keeps people on board and puts the club communication in a good light. I’ve seen nothing from the club about the game other than a social media message just after the draw. Are we really going to wait until after Saturday’s game at Harrogate before we engage with the town and get them excited?

They have had plenty of time since the draw was made to sort out the tickets people need to make plans, and I know people keep saying we don't have the staff and the resources come on - training ground - ticketing all seems a bit shambolic we are in the football league now not in the unibond league we are making ourselves look extremely tin pot.

The club are advertising for a ticketing and retail manager

But the existing incumbent is still in place.

Too late to tie all this together now.

Be lucky to get Harrogate on sale by middle of week. I know they didn't supply rochdale with their allocation until the 3 days before the game.. Now that's tinpot!

This could have been an opportunity to boost Exeter game tickets by placing those with Exeter tickets up priority list behind ST holders, Trust Members, then Exeter ticket holders and then general sale.

Think the message from Mr Grey is that the club are stretched for resources and this highlights it.

I understand nothing could be finalised until after Sky confirmed their games on Friday but everything should’ve been in place to press the button once the decision was made on Tuesday or Wednesday. I’ve got 8 people who want to go in hospitality, what do I keep telling them? Maybe tomorrow!!!
