There's always one salty sea dog! You'll get your tickets! Give the club a break! Jesus!
I might get my ticket but don't give me this 'give the club a break' s**t. If there's a problem with your business, you rectify it, swiftly. This also occurred last season. There's been plenty of time to sort it.
Fair enough, we have totally different views... You see it as a business, I see it as more than that!

Same, just sorted 30 tickets for the main stand.
Popular side since '03.

How did you manage that? Thought it was one ticket per season ticket!

Can only report as we find and I found it very quick and easy. Email address, details up, payment made, tickets emailed in seconds. Thumbs up from me :scarf:
We hate Carlisle United, we hate Workington too (and Morecambe), we hate Accrington Stanley but Barrow we love you :scarf:

Yep very quick for me too and the Harrogate ones.
Missed an opportunity to get sponsors on the tickets though!🤔

As a season ticket holder you apply as a priority for your allocated seat / place . Thats an electronic ticket. Then as a trust member you can log in when allowed for another ticket. ( electronic)
Then if you wish when go on general sale you could buy more tickets ( electronic)

If you've got a terrace season ticket, you can only get a ticket for the same place (i.e. - terrace, not a seat, I think - that's what happened to me).

Rather than moaning on here for the club to get it sorted… why don’t you contact the club directly!

That's what seems to be the norm now.
This is a consumer watchdog website masquerading as a football forum these days. Poor show.
We will foller the soccer, over land and sea...

Wow, some of you guys are a bit critical of your club. Of course the staff will have challenges with ticket sales but that is just a natural part of your development as a club. A well-managed business, particularly one that needs to watch its finances closely and on the back of Covid will NOT invest in IT and ticketing systems to address an issue that may happen once or twice a year. The money these systems would cost will no doubt be used to keep staff paid and keep the club in a positive cash flow.
Anyway, like most of you I am really looking forward to the game. After a poor result against Watford and with Bruce's Newcastle visiting us this weekend, we may be under a bit of pressure to put in a strong performance against Barrow.
Best of luck,
Villa fan
