I'm all for the club making money, but not in this case.If fans request an away ticket to be posted as they live too far away for collection then £1 is sufficient for first class post.
In most cases tickets are available on the day for a £2 extra charge, so why pay £2.50 postage with the possibility that it might not arrive. This does happen as I well know with my season ticket.

If we’re comparing… I bought tickets for Motherwell v Aberdeen. Bought them on the Monday, they arrived on the Tuesday. £1 postage.Big E wrote: ↑Thu Sep 16, 2021 1:49 pmIf you purchase online tickets for a music concert, how much is delivery....?Middleton Nick wrote: ↑Thu Sep 16, 2021 8:51 am

£2.50 to be waiting well over a week….well, it’s not great is it?
Something else to file in the learning curve/lessons learned pile along with merchandise, answering emails and Cowps knows what else.
We’ll get there, I’m sure.

My ticket states: The Midland Road Stand (also known as the Mama Mia Stand)NORTHERNSOUL wrote: ↑Fri Sep 10, 2021 7:02 pmAdam29 wrote: ↑Fri Sep 10, 2021 11:19 am Allocation has now been increased to just over 1k

Have they said yet whether they've moved you into the end or not yet ?
The stand behind the goal is totally crap and very cramped whereas the seats in the side are spot on. I would hope that they've now given the full allocation that they can do in the seats on the side.

At present we don't have a Retail and Tickets person which might be part of the problem.
Don't let the old man in.

What is confusing about it? Even if we sell more than 500 we are in the Midland Rd Stand.Sea Dog Sam wrote: ↑Thu Sep 16, 2021 3:15 pmMy ticket states: The Midland Road Stand (also known as the Mama Mia Stand)NORTHERNSOUL wrote: ↑Fri Sep 10, 2021 7:02 pm

But If we sell more than 500 we will, apparently, be placed behind the goal. My ticket tells me to enter via Entrance E7-E12. If we sell more than 500 tickets are we to ignore the advice on the tickets and head for The South Stand behind the goal? All a bit confusing

Are we? I'm sure I read on the Club's website that more than 500 traveling fans means we will be housed behind the goal. And Northern Soul's post indicates that he read this too.

We have been allocated 500+ tickets. We will be seated on the side of the pitch. If there is further demand for tickets we will receive extra tickets and will subsequently be seated behind the goals. I expect us to take about 650-700 so it's highly likely that we will be seated behind the goals![]()

Re: Bradford Tickets
Evening all, Bradford City fan here.
I’ve registered just to clarify a few things. You have been allocated the last two blocks of the Midland Road Stand, of which have a capacity of 600 seats per block. You’ll be sharing the stand with around 2,500-3,000 home fans.
As per below:
If you sell your initial 1,000 tickets, we can allocate an additional 1,600 in the Bradford End (South stand).
As per below:
Those of you who have purchased tickets thus far, will not be moving from Midland Road regardless.
If anyone has any further questions regarding your visit to Valley Parade this weekend, just ask!
