I think there's a few ahead of us...

Sudbury v Colchester
Corinthian Casuals/St Albans City v Forest Green Rovers
Boston United /Stratford Town v Shrewsbury Town
King's Lynn Town v Walsall
Bolton Wanderers v Stockport County
Dagenham & Redbridge v Salford City

I think are probably all more appealing, in terms of one of: gap between the teams, profile of the teams, and/or chance of an upset
Nowt more appealing than Mark Coopers Bluebirds!

Surprisingly big ground for a tier 8 club.

Are you sure? I know the BBC pay this kind of money but I'm not so sure about games on ITV 4.
£50k for each team shown live

Just realized the fee is set by the FA not the TV companies... £22,629 prize money to play for too.

The £22,629 is split between winner and loser
£16k winner - £6,629 for loser

Am confused or I'm being a bit thick here. is this winner and loser sum on top of the £50,000 going to each club? Or as it's an ITV4 match the £50,000 sum does not apply?

Yes, it's on top of the TV money and, yes, it's £50,000 from ITV.

I thought the consolation payment for losing the tie stopped in the qualifying round... Fair play though! At their step in the pyramid, every penny counts.
Their stadium holds 6500, so hopefully they'll get a decent gate payment too!
Massive day out, under the lights and in front of the cameras... Here's to hoping Barrow secure the win and get on a nice cup run. I just hope Cooper doesn't also see this as a distraction like he has done with everything else so far.

The FA's website only has the winners from the 1st Round Proper through to the Semi-Final getting prize money (it implies that the runners-up get £900k for winning the semi and £900k for losing the final, with the winners getting £1.8m for winning the final), so it you're an L1 or L2 team who lose in the 1st round or PL or Championship team who lose in the 3rd round you don't get anything apart from your cut of the gate (do you still get a cut of the pool or does the prize money replace that?)

According to the FA there is no prize for losing games between Round 1 proper and the Quarter Finals

Will the trust be running a coach or a cock-horse ?
