Credit to Ipswich on the pricing. £5 for an old geezer to watch it.

4-0 to Ipswich
Hope it's not more - with it been televised
I can't see us scoring again until 2022. Seriously. And only if we've signed some new strikers.
The optimism and joy I had when we were promoted back into the EFL has now evaporated
I was planning to travel to Portman Road - I've seen most of our away fixtures - but after our recent performances I doubt whether I'll even attend the forthcoming Salford/ Swindon Town home games. I hope Carlisle/Oldham don't start to pick up points or I think the National League could be beckoning.

Re: Ipswich Town (A) - FA Cup
There seems to be a trend recently in away games where it is advised no tickets are available on the day, then lo and behold come the Thursday or Friday it is announced tickets will be available on the day after all. Its a bizarre policy unless there is a good reason for it that I'm not aware of. Some supporters might be put off initially then not get the updated info that might allow them to attend on the day.

I don't know how many FA cup games Ipswich have played at home since 2009, but they haven't won any. Let's go out there and give our best shot and see what happens. You've got to keep the faith even in bad times.

Cheer up, Sea Dog Sam. Times are tough for us Barrow supporters at the moment though there was enough on show at Sutton to make me feel that we are not too far away. Admittedly, have no idea where the goal scorer may come from, that is down to the manager and the club though genuinely believe when the player arrives, we will see the 'Matt Platt' effect over again. You will recall the difference he made to Evatt's team when he took to the field in a Barrow shirt. Looking forward to visiting Portman Road, a new ground for me.
As for your observation, 'AyrTo Barra', you are right and surprised nobody has commented on this previously. Damned irritating for many reasons.

Clutching at straws I know but Ipswich u-23 (including outcast James Norwood) played last night. The 'first' team have a Pizza Trophy game against Arsenal u-23 tonight when several of that team 'might' have expected to play a part. I know their fitness should be superior to ours but this means that several of their squad could be playing twice within 60 hours on Saturday.

Now get the negative vibes out of your head and help turn our fortunes around at holker street next week.
