Beyond a joke now, its about time the staff remembered what a football club is and on what days of the week it opens to its largest target market. Whoever sets the rules in relation to when tickets can be purchased or collected needs a massive kick up the arse the ceo needs to sort this shower of shite out, beyond fed up watching the same old excuses and paying fans being treated like mugs and inconvenienced by jobsworths.
Not everyone lives in the town and our postage record hardly inspires confidence in waiting for the postman.
On the pitch a great display off it sadly same old crap

I'm no grammar expert but stop being so sloppy and try making a bit more sense by using punctuation marks.capman wrote: ↑Sun Dec 12, 2021 1:01 am I am sorry again The club drops A massive own goal today you couldn’t pick the ticket up that which game I’m sorry I’m sick of even this all the time my dad he was 75 and I’ve been twice and couldn’t because ticket up twice and will have to go back this week Paul i’ll be goes on the radio every couple of months telling us all everything is it empty diary but the club cannot get the basics things right week in week out month of the month going on for yonks And we all know why because they won’t put the infrastructure in place to do it but Hayhoe I’m just another morning person on the phone
Re: Replay tickets(Barrow v Ipswich)
Absolutely, and as an out of towner this is intensely frustrating. Particularly as the only secure delivery option the club offer has now gone up to £7, meaning you either pay another 50% odd on top of your ticket or you take your chances with the standard post in the hope that someone at the club can be arsed to stick it in an envelope and post it.
There were also a number of Swindon fans on social media in the run up to yesterday saying they had ordered tickets directly from Barrow (as directed) and not received them. Hornby can go on the radio all he wants and moan that clubs should all have to sell their own tickets, but if we can't back it up by actually doing just that ourselves then it's [SwearFilter] meaningless.
Ticketing, club shop, delivery, not paying numerous local businesses on time, training issue. The club is an absolute shambles off the pitch, and what's more a manager such as Mark Cooper won't put up with that and will be off to a properly run football club as soon as the opportunity arises.
Or you could just stop being such an arse and accept that some people struggle with articulating themselves in writing more than others. It doesn't make what they are actually saying any less valid, and if you really couldn't understand what was being said then I'd suggest you improve your reading skills.

Surely plenty of “enjoyed that one yesterday bluebirds? Buy your Ipswich tickets here” type social media posts today? Easy marketing

Don’t be a [SwearFilter]. Grammar doesn’t help make a perfectly valid pointmall wrote: ↑Sun Dec 12, 2021 10:17 amI'm no grammar expert but stop being so sloppy and try making a bit more sense by using punctuation marks.capman wrote: ↑Sun Dec 12, 2021 1:01 am I am sorry again The club drops A massive own goal today you couldn’t pick the ticket up that which game I’m sorry I’m sick of even this all the time my dad he was 75 and I’ve been twice and couldn’t because ticket up twice and will have to go back this week Paul i’ll be goes on the radio every couple of months telling us all everything is it empty diary but the club cannot get the basics things right week in week out month of the month going on for yonks And we all know why because they won’t put the infrastructure in place to do it but Hayhoe I’m just another morning person on the phone

The Club Shop and Ticket Office at The Dunes Hotel Stadium will open at the slightly later time of 1pm on Monday but remain open until 7pm.
We’ve adjusted hours to allow more supporters the time to call in to buy merchandise ahead of Christmas and purchase tickets for Wednesday’s FA Cup replay against Ipswich Town.
Normal hours will return on Tuesday when we will open at the regular time of 10am to 4pm.
Ipswich Town tickets are on general sale
