Read an Interesting article about him when he went to derby I think.
Quite a Few clubs for young age and clearly has a lot of potential but needs to get it put into action.
If true then Maybe we are the place to help kickstart his career and if works make a few £££.

Cooper can't manage the players he has. Hope he can do better with this one!

Have we signed this lad? Nothing but trouble at every club he's been too from what I've just read on the internet. Gone from a promising youth player at Liverpool down to being not good enough for to play Derby in double quick time and falling out with every club he's played for.

Strange comment. Which players is MC failing to man manage correctly? Who has an attitude problem?

It appears to me that all players are invested in his style.

Read the comments on here after the games, particularly after the midweek debacle. Yes, we all know that we need a striker, but he has to be a decent striker, not a has-been with a record in the past, after a nice cushy pension, but a young lively lad seeking to play well and impress, and most of all to score goals. It could be that player may be a loanee out to impress his parent club.

If we don't get such a player, what is Cooper going to do?

My point is that a good manager should be able to coach and motivate the players at his disposal, no matter how weak they seem to be and to bring about an improvement in the weaker ones. It seems to me that there's something not quite right in the Barrow camp, and if that is the managers inability with the players, the addition of a striker will make very little difference.

Look at the comments on todays game and you will see criticism of his choice of team and why certain subs were brought on when they were.

FGR were doing well and in the play-off zone and he was sacked late in the season, reportedly for the fact they were developing a poor record with very little return from his last games in charge. It could be that he's brought that attitude to Barrow. Look where FGR are now under a new manager.

In his interviews after the games he constantly blames other people or conditions or whatever and never takes responsibility as a manager should. The buck should stop with the manager, not the club safety officer for example, who works his socks off for the club! No idea why but the Assistant Manager did today's interview with Adam. I sincerely hope Cooper isn't ill, or tested positive for covid.

I also sincerely hope I am wrong but I think there's something not quite right about the Barrow dressing room, and just hope he's not carrying on with the tactics that got him sacked at FGR.

I think everybody is in agreement that we need a prolific goal scorer. But to say he cant manage the current players is ridiculous. The players are clearly playing for him otherwise he would protect them by praising them like he does. In all his interviews, I don’t recall him throwing anyone under the bus a-la-mourinho.

Winning games is what is not quite right. If we convert the plentiful chances we are creating with a decent striker, the picture is a lot rosier. With a decent window we will win more games in the 2nd half of the season than what we did last season when we were properly in the stink!

Sam Hird did interviews instead of Rob Kelly last season, no biggie. MC will have his reason and that’s fine.

Everybody has a ceiling of ability to which they may be able to surpass by 10% with excellent coaching, but we are in efl2 with not even the best players In the league so the managers hands are tied somewhat.

If OZ was coached by Pep and never made it in to city’s starting XI does that make Pep a bad coach? No, because as much as a player can be coached, they have to be willing/be able to be coached and many different facets impact on that; physical, social psychological constructs all determine the ability level that can be reached.

MC picks the best team from what he has seen and worked with all week to fit the game plan he wants to implement, but the Ron Manager-types on here think they know best because they read comments on this forum and social media.

I think everyone agrees we need a striker. If we had a 15 goal a season journeyman type I doubt we would be worrying about relegation. The hard part is finding such a player mid season.

Cooper cannot moan about lack of goal scorers when questioned about not getting a striker in just before the previous transfer window shut , he said he was happy with what he had !

He probably was happy. Zanzala was scoring then and looking good. Fast forward to now and he’s getting left out of the squad and replaced by Beadling. Things change in football, form, injuries, suspensions… that’s what the January window is for.

So you`re trying to tell me Zanzala was scoring looking good What for about 3 games and we all knew that he wasn`t a prolific goalscorer also loads of people on here/ twitter were saying we need a goalscorer just look back at the match threads so you can dress/spin it any which way you want but Cooper was wrong let`s just hope we solve this problem !

Losing Quigley wasn’t on the cards and then the window shuts… then what do you do? You’re stuck with your lot until now.

Bread aisle rumour of Gerald Sithole from Gillingham.
