Ticket Query
Ticket Query
I have purchased x2 tickets as a gift on 7th April for the game tomorrow at Salford, I've recieved the confirmation email but nothing further that contains e-tickets. I've emailed the suggested email address with no response. Is anyone able to help?
Re: Ticket Query
Double check for attachments, if not just take a paper copy of your email with you I’m sure they will oblige.
Might have to take your email to the Neville Rd ticket office first which is the opposite side from where you access the away end; https://salfordcityfc.co.uk/barrow-home-180422/
Re: Ticket Query
Great thanks, as it's the first time I've ordered I wasn't sure how the tickets are usually sent out. There's definitely no attachment sent with the email. We'll head to the ticket office tomorrow, thanks again for your helpMcMark wrote: ↑Sun Apr 17, 2022 5:20 pmDouble check for attachments, if not just take a paper copy of your email with you I’m sure they will oblige.

Re: Ticket Query
Did you not have to pick these up from the Club shop? I didn’t think there was any other option?
Re: Ticket Query
Pretty sure they were collection only. As I didn't receive any via email and after contacting the reception I went down and collected them.

Re: Ticket Query
im pretty sure if you have collected them from club, they take them down to ground and they’re ready for collection there. That’s what’s happened with mine this season. I go to quite a few games- Barrow and none Barrow. Probably been to 20 groups undid this season and Barrow are in top three as regards ease of sorting tickets

There is an edit button on your post which you may not know about. Cheers
Re: Ticket Query
Thanks for the replys all.
Were travelling from Leeds tomorrow, does anyone know if there will there be further tickets available on the day in case they were indeed collection only in Barrow?
I don't think I missed anything when purchasing that said collection only?

Re: Ticket Query
Yeah, pay on the day is available. We won’t sell out.
The story has been updated now but fairly sure the tickets were sold as collection at Barrow or Salford. We’ve given up posting tickets, seemingly.

Nice one, cheers.
Re: Ticket Query
The ticket news for this game is on the official site. If you advance ordered but never collected your ticket from HS- it automatically goes to Salford to collect on match day, you’ll likely need your order number which will be on your email receipt from the purchase.
All tickets for collection will be made available on Monday at Salford’s Away Ticket Collection point, which is near the away turnstiles.
Fans are also advised that the bar outlet within the away end at The Peninsula Stadium is also cash only.

So it's just the same price to sit as it is to stand?Jonty wrote: ↑Sun Apr 17, 2022 11:32 pm The ticket news for this game is on the official site.
