Good news I think. Has brightened up what was starting to feel like a frustrating day. Welcome Tyrell.

We needed a right back; we’ve got a right back who sounds very promising. Good business again

Welcome to Barrow Tyrell!

Wild- “Our recruitment model is based on getting young, hungry players who are desperate to progress in their own careers whilst helping the football club achieve its goals.”

👏 All the right reasons. Let’s hope these lads can step in and help us progress.
"To achieve anything and to get to the Football League, we have to expect to win every game. I've got to get everyone believing that we can, and I will work hard to embed that mentality into the players, the town, the board and whoever else” Ian Evatt.

The club now seems to be giving two-year deals instead of three. Good move.

Sutton United showed their isn't. Should have beaten Rotherham in a Wembley final and then bottled promotion in the last few weeks. The best players from the NL can easily thrive in L1/L2.

Our assistant worked with Warren at United aswell, he’s meant to be a brilliant full back especially defensively

It's getting the Halifax fans frothing again, so at least that's something. Amusing to see them turning on Wild because he has picked up some out of contract players.

We definitely shouldn't be worried about signing players who reached the National league play offs in my opinion.

It's what Wild said in his farewell statement that has got fans frothing as you say. Was talking about planting trees and what have you. Will be interesting to see what the dynamic is between Wild and all the back room staff that have stayed at the Shay. It just seems odd that not one person followed him up to Barrow.
