Hutton no great loss IMO. Looked better playing further forward but defensively he cost us numerous goals last season including one in the first home game v Hartlepool.

Didn’t see that one coming, has plenty of pace and was hoping for a big season out of him on the right. Leaves us a bit short of attacking options on that right side.

He looked very good in a further forward role, sad to see him go - but that opens up the chances of us getting another forward in and maybe having money available to buy a replacement

Don’t think there was any intention of him playing as a wingback this season for precisely that reason. Needs to get a winger/wide man of some kind in now to replace him. Maybe the No 17 Trialist (Bennie) is the man? He has looked quite impressive in the friendlies so far.

I’m reading it that Barrow wouldn’t let him go until we had a replacement lined up so I expect a signing announcement in the next few days

Not for me it was easy to defend. He looped it giving defenders more time to get underneath it and head it away.

Good luck to Remeao. Hard-working and useful; came over as a decent guy. Improved his form as last season progressed and seemed much more at home in a more attacking role. Played well at Penrith last week. Agree his long throw was useful.

If Stevens plays right not really worried Stevens is a much better player.
