Re: 'We are Barrow'
Has the club really paid for this? Is the weather up there wet this weekend? I believe the forecast is better later next week so if you need a volunteer to paint the whole wall blue I'm happy to drive up on Friday and do the job at no more cost to the club.
Re: 'We are Barrow'
Nice one Sefton but there is not a chance you would have to do it on your own.

Think people should wait for things to be completed before jumping on it

Real Bluebirds are native to West America and have a red flash on their backs.

I think that you'll find the Mountain Bluebird is all blue.
Eastern Bluebirds and Western Bluebirds have the orange breast.

So everyone who has commented on here that they don’t like it has to stay away. That’s that sorted then!behind the goals wrote: ↑Mon Aug 01, 2022 1:46 pm Get a life you moaning tossers it`s a wall if you don`t like it stay away from the ground.
It’s shit and there’s no getting away from it. The tunnel paintings are ok but inside a player’s entrance to a ground….nah, not for me.
We didn't underestimate them, we just didn't think they were that good.

Re: 'We are Barrow'
It's about being professional and as an EFL club our standards need to be higher than this ,people hate it when other fans call us "tinpot " ,well that wall gives them plenty of ammunition!behind the goals wrote: ↑Mon Aug 01, 2022 1:46 pm Get a life you moaning tossers it`s a wall if you don`t like it stay away from the ground.

Re: 'We are Barrow'
Probably best not to reveal the cost. Even if the "We Are Barrow" wall had been painted well the message is yobbish, infantile and unprofessional. Can we pretend the tunnel walls have been painted by kids. Put up a plaque with the words, "painted by children of such a such school to avoid the mickey taking of visiting clubs?

Re: 'We are Barrow'
Really? the birds are of ratio to the background scene and also what about the paint on the frame?
Rather than our CEO spend the club's money on someone from the northeast ( wonder why that area was chosen ?) ,WHY didn't we ( as we're a community club) invite local schools to give their ideas, get some kids to then paint the winning ideas and give them a corporate day out at a home game ?.
