Superb all round tonight. I gave my MOTM to Foley but honestly it could’ve gone to any of about seven players. We are flying.

I’m going on record now
That was the best Barrow AFC performance I’ve seen in a long time

We might have been better on the ball under evatt but in terms of relentless pressure off it we’ve never looked this good

Only thing that disappoints me tonight is hearing reports of supporters taunting opposition fans over someone who has sadly passed away - no need for it at all - it has nothing to do with Walsall or barrow and has no baring on the game. It’s inhumane - that’s someone’s family member, someone’s loved one.
How would you like it if it was a member of your family that people were taunting you over?
Stuff like that does not belong in football :sentoff:

Great game and well played Barrow. Wild thing you make my heart sing, certainly Pete knows how to get his team playing.

Taking onboard Adam’s comment, never heard anything where we were stood but absolutely out of order. We don’t need this type of shite at our football ground.

Well played Barrow 👏👏👏

At times tonight we were majestic. Three wins on the board against top teams and robbed at Sutton. A joy to watch and long may it continue. Don't think Farman will be happy with conceding that goal, but all in all delighted.

Proper game of football between two good honest sides. No dramas, no messing around - and I thought the officials had a decent game as well, thoroughly entertaining night

I was stood in the HSE area and heard nothing of the sort.

Shame to see away fans getting angry and feeling the need to make up accusations as they can’t win a game of football.

That midfield 3 though.

Gonna be hard for white and Rooney etc to get in, they’ll have to be patient.

Kay also deserved a mention, but everyone was excellent tonight. Great to watch our players tracking 20-30 yards to stop a cross coming in ..

Early days - but very hopeful for the season.

A great game which we deserved to win. Lots of games to come, but we are flying high at the minute. We stuffed them 2-1 really, and need to stuff Harrogate on Saturday.

Would be grateful for link to Adam's post match interview with Pete Wilde.

Very enjoyable trip home tonight. There were a few morose Walsall fans at Lancaster services - but I didn't say anything! First view of Foley - very impressive player.

Good luck with that one. Screenshot from RC Sport from about five minutes ago.

Interview with the Carlisle manager about a match that wasn't even completed, and nothing about a Barrow win. You've got to be kidding me?
