Great win. I couldn’t listen today so came home to see the result. Had to do a double take!

Pete has said in the past after an away win that we need to follow it up with a home win. We haven’t done that yet this season (in the league). Will next Saturday be the time we do it at last?

We’ve done it twice in the league this season. After Wimbledon and after Newport. Hopefully we can make it three. And we will be back in the mix for the play offs

Discussion at the start of todays radio coverage with Adam and the rest of the RC team about some players not putting the effort in as they are after a move and we have 14 out of contract in the summer. Why we not looking to get these signed up now or at least some of them it’s a fairly young squad now so could could get a few for some of them

Two things I see regularly on here. A suggestion we are lucky to have points on the board and an idea that players aren't trying because they want a move.

We aren't lucky to have points on the board. They were earned by playing better football than in the prior two seasons.

The best way for players to get a lucrative move is surely to play well and get noticed. Ollie Banks was supposedly going to a bigger club, when his form dipped it never happened.

PW said a few weeks ago that he was in negotiations with those he wanted to keep and he hoped to get 75% of them (or something like that).

Proper good read on the bradford forum
Fair few of them need to realise it doesn't matter what they have perviously done and how big thier ground is. They are league 2 same as us, and only 4 points ahead and we've took 6 off them this season

Also how bad was platt, obviously not watched loads of Bradford games so don't know his season form. But dire today

I'm sure on the commentary last week they said 80% of teams who score first in this division go on to win the game so getting the first goal is all important most of the time well done Barrow

Interesting stat. Think the reverse is also true.
So it seems getting out the blocks and getting an early goal crucial to success.
Don’t get to a lot of home games but I can only think of Orient at home where we started positively with good passing and a hard press, and got beat. A lot of other games we’ve not got three points we’ve started lethargic like Donny on Tuesday.
Today was a much brighter start with a lot of positivity and it paid off.
Hopefully we can keep this up for remainder of season.
I’m happy with 12th and five points off play offs at this stage of season.
More home games left than away so no harm in dreaming.
Not many times have shown consistency this season so a good set of results at home and who knows?

Ps hope the chap who took a tumble down the steps in second half is ok.
