Just listened to the latest podcast and couldn,t agree more with what Freya said about Harrogate being stuck with a National League mentality.As for what she said about them not letting disabled fans be dropped off by the entrance to the ground,surely they sure be reprimanded by the EFL for not having a coned off area for just such a purpose.Hopefully by next season they will be back in the National League where they truly belong. Another great listen.

Well never one to disappoint,so here goes
I was not able to go to the Wimbledon game having been laid up with a chest infection so was looking forward to the latest podcast and as usual Freya and Matt did not disappoint with remarks like"Billy who?"and "I,m really enjoying this",referring to Barrow's win and Carlisle's defeat against Gillingham.
Really liked it when Matt said it took him three days to get over Carlisle's defeat.Matt did give us a bit of useful information though saying their number 6 was a useful player and also Ollie Hawkins who most attacks started off with.No doubt Pete Wild will have noted this and make sure they are well marked when we come up against them this weekend.
The other think that quite amused me was the bit about inane football chants by the opposition fans saying derogatory remarks about our team and ground,with Freya commenting,"Well why are you here then.Go home"
I also agree with what Freya said about swopping Warren for Feeley as the game seemed to change in the second half when he came on.Warren at times can be a bit of a liability,giving the ball away and making dodgy tackles too near the penalty box,whereas Feeley has a long throw and is also good at passing the ball into good positions.
As to what Freya said about the playoffs tend to agree that we have to take one game at a time,but with all the top six playing each other this weekend,if we do manage to win against Gillingham and the other results go our way we could find ourselves back up there just outside the playoffs.
Anyway I will be there this Saturday hoping for that win,but as ever it depends which team turns up in the first half.

Pete Wild has definitely never heard of Ollie Hawkins before and will be working hard to combat him now after listening to this yes

I think I remember Wild saying earlier in the season that he does all his scouting exclusively off fan podcasts

Well that is just not good enough.

With him being young, we should make him some allowances but he really should also be looking through fans' comments on the various Internet forums and have his data expert trawling Twitter.

This week Matt sounded a bit subdued and only really wanted to talk about the pubs etc outside Leyton Orient's ground rather than the football,which when you look at how Carlisle performed is hardly surprising.
I thought it was quite funny how Freya said she kept watching Robbie Gotts 94th minute goal and hadn,t even seen Josh Gordon's shot which resulted in an own goal by the Gillingham goalkeeper.
I liked Freya's replies when asked about Barrow's chances of the play-offs.She like most of us thinks that we should take one game at a time and see where we end up.We don,t expect to be in them,so our team cam play with more freedom and every win is a bonus.When it came to putting things in the bin,I thought moaning Carlisle fans who always moan about their allocation at Barrow was a good shout.She did offer an olive branch though saying if they were still in this division next season,their allocation would be going up to 900.
Another good entertaining listen though and hopefully more people will add their comments of what they thought of it.
