The names of the two SLOs that I have are Mark Ingham and Kane Ackred. They are very active on twitter account named Barrow AFC Supporters Liaison Officers
Should have hung onto young Christopher Altree in that role.
Was an excellent SLO.
I don't even know how they were chosen very democratic by "OUR CLUB " allegedly!

Some excellent ideas here!

Had some amazing days at HS as a kid and absolutely loved the old British rail trains for a night game! Made you feel like you had massive [SwearFilter] as a kid being able to to the match, on your own, with your mates, no adults!!
As mentioned, we should be encouraging not discriminating the future of our club with the younger generation!
Yes, some are nobs and if we, the older ones are honest, weren't we all?
We need the youth to keep the bloodline going, they do help make the noise and they do help with the coffers.
Get as many involved as we can but manage it better and not assume that all are rotten eggs!

Junior bluebirds is a shout. I’ve had an idea in my head for a while but living out of town I don’t feel I could implement it. In essence it’s the idea of a dad and lads club. But That name wouldn’t work though as I’d want it open to mums and girls too. Just think everyone’s already familiar with the setup but If it could be put in place then parents and children would attend games together home and away. Perhaps arranging certain events throughout the season and even with a vision of owning a percentage of the club like the trust do. Like I said just been an idea in my head. Would curb this behaviour at home games where kids who are members of the club could present and ID card of sorts.

Wrexham have a two-level Junior Dragons for 0-11 and 12-16.
They are put in a draw for home game mascot
Have a discount on season ticket ,club shop purchases and holiday soccer schools
Get a Christmas card signed by the players
Have numerous organised events throughout the year
Cost is just £5 a season. Obviously given their large fanbase probably heavily subsidised but if it draws in future regular fans post-16 it is well worth it.

It will never change with the current decision makers who act more like children than the ones banned. More than happy to collect undeserved awards but cant handle criticism on the back of it.

Your screwing up your future support income stream, The club must find an answer to let these kids in without an adult.

Other members of the EFL manage it in some way. Maybe share their methods?
