We won’t have the same incredible start as we did last season….which removed a lot of pressure & helped massively when we had our dodgy period as them early season points were in the bag. So with that in mind, between 12 & 16 and I’d be happy with that.

First thing to keep in mind is that although we finished 9th last season many of the teams around us finished poorly. If you take our 62 points and look at the average of where that would have got us over the 10 years preceding we would on average have finished 12th.

The league is better this year so we’ll have to be better just to get near the top half. So I’ll go with 12th as the target. But there won’t be much between 12th and 16th. There will be a bigger gap however between the top and the bottom.

Think you’ll find this league is probably going to be a lot stronger than last season. You could make a case for about 8/9 clubs and who think they can do it this year. I’d honestly say anything top 12 will be a decent finish, just hope we are a bit more consistent.
