A tough ask indeed.

We’ve had some pretty horrible luck with fa cup draws in recent years and this is no different.

Down to the last 4 teams: Barrow, Northampton and two non league clubs. When Northampton came out at home, you just knew who would come out next!

Another ground built outside the town centre in a retail park nothing near it.

Northampton have only won 2 of 8 home games this season so no reason why we can't get a result there.

Northampton fans will thinking - what a boring tie. Let’s hope the 2nd round draw will be better.

Good evening, once again our paths appear to have crossed. It is with good fortune that my current affliction with the mighty demon that has the nom de plume of Covid may have dissapated in time for your arrival at the Citadel of Sixfields. My fourth wife certainly desires so, in order to get me out the house, albeit briefly to provide her with respite from my constant habitual whining. I do love her tho`, even if she only loves me for the expanse of my pension pot. But we are all gods children after all. I look forward to seeing all of you that travel on the day, and suffer the temerity of those who do not.
Kind regards, Tony.
