Everything is listed and evidenced on all clubs websites. Putting the things April mentioned to one side By comparison we employ far less than anybody else. A point mentioned in the first part of the series on North West tonight. As I said and stand by it in terms of non football playing employees we are by far the smallest.

I wondered that, as well, but, thinking back, I'm pretty sure the CEO referred to us as a hybrid in the first feature. Don't like it.

We probably are the smallest club in terms of infrastructure, resources and teams associated with the club. Most clubs have an academy and a women’s team. This is why everything we achieve deserves full credit. We are up against clubs with many times the resources available.
I just had a look on our “who’s who” and I don’t even see a community wing to the club now- I remember it was disbanded or spilt away but thought something else was coming in to run that side. If there is then it isn’t very visible when looking at the club website.

What we do have right is putting the main focus on the 1st team. That leads 80% of the club status and wouldn’t want to lose that for the sake of trying to stretch into other areas that our peers may have.

It’s perfect IMO Hybrid a thing made by combining two different elements. The thing being Barrow football club. The business side based in Barrow the football side at Manchester all combining together on match day at Holker street

What I think we are though is a "small club" who are definitely raising a few eyebrows with the way we are moving forward both on and off the pitch.
