Don’t think it will be boring. Can’t believe that Spence is not attracting some interest along with a few others

Think there will be a lot of in and outs in Jan.

Did you not listen to what Pete wild said? Unless we get a ridiculous offer nobody is going and nobody is coming in. Expect a boring January.

I was thinking of some of our stars being poached. Hope not.

As Wild has said, nobody is going unless some club makes an offer we can't refuse. He is hoping for a quiet January. I don't suppose it will be very quiet on here. Where will the first rumour come from?

Let's hope Warren doesn't get back in the team anytime soon
Not been on forum few days so interested in the comments re Garner glad I am not the only one thinks he is underwhelming.Takes a good penalty but runs around a lot looking busy bur doesn’t get to close to the action.Doesn’t seem like he likes to tackle hovers at edge of the action waiting for the pass which rarely comes.Don’t think he confident enough player in this team.Agree re warren likes going forward but too erratic in defence at times.

To be fair, his strike partner Telford did nothing in first half either, so you could say that it was the conditions and the lack of decent passes to them. However, there was one occasion when he failed to challenge in midfield that really was annoying.

I don’t know what is wrong with him. On rare occasions, there is a glimpse of some talent - an intelligent pass or something - but most of the time he is ineffective. Perhaps his confidence is shot? Last season I kept thinking “give him time” but it has been a long time coming.
I don't know who recommended this player to Barrow who reportedly paid a record fee for him of some 65K for him, I don't think Holker Old Boys would want him on his showings so far this season an absolute waste of time and money.
I believe he was recommended by an individual, who does the scouting at Manchester United :sentoff:

Why would a MUFC scout recommend a player to Barrow AFC? Unless you're taking the pis*?

Garner is the pits. Get rid! Being saying it all season.

First 'rumour' before the January transfer window opens: Quigley is set to return. So I've heard.
I don't shop at Asda so I didn't hear it in there ;)

He is taking the proverbial. Ged Garner is a player that Pete wild has known and admired from his junior days in the Liverpool area. He tried to sign him for his previous club but couldn’t at the time. These were Pete’s words after he signed for Barrow

Quigley has not played for Eastleigh since mid December citing a “personal” issue.

Yes, the forum roller-coaster of despair and delight is still under way.

You must remember, though, that for some individuals their glass is permanently half-empty; a few don't actually have a glass.
