It was embarrassing, the goal was out of the Sunday league him and farman need to watch both their efforts!

Its always doom whatever happens .. win 5 times in a row the managers off and taking all the players lose a game 1-0 and it's doom and gloom time and we are being relegated.
Factually if we were anywhere near we would have spanked Carlisle.
A team that had not won.
Really not good enough
“ a team that had not won” before today one league game had been played. Hardly like they’ve hadn’t won in 5 or something

Spot on with your analogy. It’s a dangerous game to play and today it cost us

Simply not good enough. Newby finally found out, 1 assist in 63 games. Acquah, Telford, garner not good enough. There isn’t 15 goals between the 3 of them.

1 bad result and everyones crap 🤣
Yeah I thought we were poor today, no one stood out for me esp in midfield so we go again Saturday against one if the league favourites.

You’re being harsh on Farman there Nige. He was left exposed in a 2 v 1 by Vassell’s error. He had to attempt to cover both the cut back to Wyke and his near-post for the shot. Possibly could have stood up for longer, but otherwise not much more he could have done 👍

Chesterfield beating Crewe at there place 5-0 puts our scrambled win into context along with todays result

Why? 5 0 or 1 0 still get 3 points

Poor performance today, with no one coming out with much credit. Someone behind me was having a go at Eccleston but I thought he was one of the better performers, winning most if the balls he went for. Not sure about the last minute equaliser - we celebrated wildly but I wasn’t surprised when it was ruled out (Dallas inside, Vassell off?). Anyway, the tackle that led to it was never a foul - just another example of a very poor refereeing decision. The linesman on our side was also poor. Looks like we have kept Simpson in his job a bit longer.
As someone above has said, Chesterfield leading 5-0 at Crewe is worrying, if you can take anything from other matches.
I see Ben Whitfield has scored and assisted for Burton.

Spot on I said similar earlier on he was caught in two minds a shot or a cut back

With Acquah on his own up front l knew from the outset we weren't going to score, you knew it dear reader and hopefully Mr Clemence now knows it.
We will foller the soccer, over land and sea...
