Spot on Jim
Not just any old two players either. Luke Molyneux and Tom Anderson. Both key players.
But no more key to them than Canavan and Spence are to us.

Think the fact we are missing Canavan will make it harder for Stanway to shine.
Farman has had a bad mistake in him in tecent games.
The problem is if Stanway cannot step u opponents will target him.

Very unlucky and no way anybody can compensate for that. Hopefully Spence will be back but we will struggle if Farman, Canavan and Spence are all missing together whoever we play. Our high position was almost totally because we had, IMO, the best back 5 in the league plus 2 top midfield players in Spence and Campbell.

Top of the table lasted just 1 week - you won't see it again this season or maybe even in your life-time. Frame it for your grand kids.

That’s harsh on Farman. Every keeper in league 2 has a mistake in them that’s why they play at league 2. I wouldn’t swap him for any other keeper in league 2. Can you name a better one ?

What’s the injury situation with Mazeed Ogungbo, I know he was out at the start of the season but is he now available?

Telford played a half against chelsea and 27 minutes today when 2 down and is now a scapegoat. Happened last year at times with garner. People mention squads, we ain’t chelsea, city etc. Any team missing their first choice keeper centre half and centre mid are going to struggle, add to that against a team who were 2nd in the league and we were away from home

There's over 3/4 of the season left, we lost a game away from home.against a top ten side after a tough night midweek along with an injury ravaged squad!

Most negative unnecessary comment seen to date!

We went through last season pretty unscathed injury wise- with the exception of Tiensia who was longer term. Unfortunately even at this early stage injuries are building up and we are missing some key players, not sure if that’s key to the loss today. We were up against a good side, just gotta roll the sleeves up and get on with it next game.

Always going to be a tough game today they’re a good team and with a few injuries thrown in that made it extra hard. 8 from 16 is a decent start and 2 defeats. Didn’t seem to be much in the game but a couple of poor defensive moments and not having the quality on the opposition box. I said at the start of the season I’d be worried if Feeley was featuring regularly and I stand by that. He just makes too many errors for me although I haven’t seen today’s goal yet. Eccleston at right back looks far more secure and better going forwards. Canavan isn’t just a good defender but a good passer out from the back and well miss that. Calf injury 4 weeks ish I think I heard? Farman 6 weeks thigh strain that’s a big blow too. He’s one of the best in the league. I’d actually forgotten about Mazeed until someone else mentioned him above.

It’s about the players that are fit and starting now though and they need to take their opportunity. If not they’ll be out of the team once others are fit. Midfield looks light though and Foley can’t play two games a week at his level that’s a worry.

Still early days though and overall a lot of positives having probably not really known what to expect when Clemence came in.

I think Telford is possibly worse. I've struggled to see what he's offered in games this season. I'd imagine he's on double what Acquah is on too.
I think, Telford is only here for the beer!
