Aaron Alex Pressley is a Scottish professional footballer who plays as a forward for EFL League One club Stevenage. Pressley is a product of the Aston Villa and Heart of Midlothian academies and he began his professional career with Brentford in 2020

Can only hope it is a Richard Brodie type of signing i.e. goals.

‘The Cumbrians’ is Carlisles nickname, journo just using in the sense as someone referring to us as ‘the bluebirds’

Barrow AFC are also pleased to announce the signing of Leo Duru on a loan deal until the end of the season from Blackburn Rovers.
We haven't had a decent right back for years now ! At last

So does that mean Eccleston is going or is this to cover Feely going off injured? Young lad so not tested at this level although coming from a championship club. Presley not exactly set the world on fire either according to stats so if rumour is true that possibly Telford going who has scored more goals then a strange one for me but everyone deserves a chance to show what they can do and might be what we are looking for

STOP PRESS: Telford to Swarthmoor FC for an undisclosed fee.
Don't know what we paid them but it will be worth it in the long run.

Re: January Signings?
I would say Eccleston would probably be going back - he's struggled on the heavier winter pitches - and needs to spend his off season in the gym to strengthen up a bit. Potentially a very good player, but a little too weak for EFL2 at present.LCBAFC40 wrote: ↑Thu Jan 09, 2025 4:47 pm So does that mean Eccleston is going or is this to cover Feely going off injured? Re: January Signings?
If no Club are interested in taking Telford nothing we can do about it and pay him till his contract expires end of June, also wouldn't be surprised if he starts scoring at another Club with a different style of play.Wintergreen wrote: ↑Fri Jan 10, 2025 8:15 am STOP PRESS: Telford to Swarthmoor FC for an undisclosed fee.

Agreed. He’s not performed, but we’ve never really played to his strengths either.

Don't let the old man in.
Re: January Signings?
My only reservation about the signings to date is that we haven’t signed the experienced player(s) that we need to bring calm, resolve and leadership to the squad.
