The board are gambling coz they don’t want to have to waste the Chelsea money; but it’s too late now, he’s got to go. They appointed him!

What are the odds on Evatt getting the sack tonight and being installed as the Barrow manager on Monday morning?

Would be more than happy with that but even if Evatt does get sacked I can’t see him dropping back to the bottom of league 2.

Comebacks are rarely successful.

The board aren’t going to hold their hands up yet and get rid yet after wrongly backing him in the transfer window unfortunately . Been saying for a few months there’s something not right.
We started ok under Clemence playing the same way as we did early last season. But once the coach imposed his style or lack of on the team it’s been dire since. Many a decent player losing their way in the system or lack of it that we have adopted under Clemence.
They need someone in that’s going to give the players a lift and encourage a bit of that self belief that’s been sadly lacking pretty darn quick before Morecambe and Carlisle start to string a few results together. Because they will and it will be all too late then!

Agree Mark the last time we played anywhere near to what we want was Notts County at home when we played with intensity now it's well .........!

Board have to weigh up the cost of sacking the manager or falling back into the abyss?

We all know the pain, how far we were left behind because of non league football..

We were very very lucky to be where we are now but it's not a given right!

Surely the board must be looking at this in the right way and will drop the axe immediately?

It's funny watching the northern neighbors struggle but let's not fall into the same hole because we will be the ones that never get out again.

On this occasion I totally agree..

The cup run for whatever reason has completely derailed out season!

Late goal probably gave Ian an extra life at Bolton.

Unfortunately this is what I’ve heard from within. Think we started great inspite of the manager.

Agree totally and, Carlisle will pull away and Morecambe could very well do so as well.
I still think next week will be the decider against Grimsby and, who knows, could be new player/s coming in this week.

Yep, got to go for me. The National League is just too difficult to get out of - and it took us 48 years last time! That CANNOT be allowed to happen, even if it costs us financially to make the change we clearly need.
