Glad to have missed her at Holker Street, her act is not that good.

I still don't think Carlisle will go down. I know nine points is a lot to ask but there is still ten games to go.
If they beat Bromley this coming Saturday and Tranmere lose, the gap is down to six points with a game in hand for Carlisle and nine games still to play - I think it's just to early to be writing them off just yet.

There is no evidence to suggest that Carlisle are going to start picking up points anytime soon. The aren't that good. They have 27 points from 36 games I dont think they will pick up another 9 points.

Carlisle have only won 13 of their last 82 league matches! Two of them against us!
The money that football club has spent on poor recruitment. No wonder their fans have had enough. They back them in great numbers, surprised they haven’t had some match day protests.

"To achieve anything and to get to the Football League, we have to expect to win every game. I've got to get everyone believing that we can, and I will work hard to embed that mentality into the players, the town, the board and whoever else” Ian Evatt.

Would they be the first fans to protest that their owners have spent far too much money?Jonty wrote: ↑Sun Mar 16, 2025 10:13 pm Carlisle have only won 13 of their last 82 league matches! Two of them against us!

This Carlisle Conundrum is a rare beast indeed where significant investment has produced significant failure. Older Forum pop-pickers might remember a sixties hit for The Hollies - 'King Midas in Reverse'. Or maybe not, it was terrible but it springs to my mind in regard to our friends in the north. Game old funny.
We will foller the soccer, over land and sea...

Both have got tough run ins, would say Carlisle have it slightly better, can see it going down to the wire, Harrogate have a tough fixture list too, not sure they’ll get dragged into it with a ten point gap but who knows.

That's why I think Carlisle will reach safety and I hope they do.Barrowvianbedlam wrote: ↑Mon Mar 17, 2025 9:44 amBoth have got tough run ins, would say Carlisle have it slightly better, can see it going down to the wire, Harrogate have a tough fixture list too, not sure they’ll get dragged into it with a ten point gap but who knows.
I think the new recruitment they brought in will have just enough to get themselves over the line.
