We’re pleased to announce the signing of Walsall Midfielder Jack Earing on an initial one-year deal, with the option of a further 12 months, subject to EFL approval.

Re: Jack Earing
Reaction seems to be he is very injury prone and the stats back that up. Not played since December 24 & only made 63 appearances since 2021.
Risks have to be taken at this level but I just hope it pays off better than last seasons risk with Sam Barnes.
I’m sure with Whings connection to Walsall it will have been a well informed decision and he will send us to league 1

Think that's why it's only one season with an option a good player who's worth the risk !BarrowLad71 wrote: ↑Tue Jun 10, 2025 4:09 pm Reaction seems to be he is very injury prone and the stats back that up. Not played since December 24 & only made 63 appearances since 2021.

Re: Jack Earing
Seems to be rated by Walsall fans but as above ^ he seems to be very injury prone.
Glad we have only done 1 year with an option.

Re: Jack Earing
Quality player, hopeful he can stay injury free by the sounds of it and if he does looks like a unreal signing for us
great business so far

Yes I think the forum has got it spot on this time.
Very useful player when fit.

Re: Jack Earing
Sounds like we could have a decent player on our hands if injuries are behind him. Hope the Radar Love of our man in the midlands will pay off and we get to see Golden Earing live many times in the coming season. Good luck Jack

Re: Jack Earing
Imagine due diligence has been done with whing being good mates with Sadler, massive gamble but could be a very good signing if it pays off and works for him.
Re: Jack Earing
Surprising lack of jewellery/ hearing related puns here following this news. C’mon you lot, you’re slipping.
No bubblewrap unpopped.

Re: Jack Earing
That is very niche regarding our new man 'Ardov'
No doubt he will have heard them all before but it is the silly season innit
We will foller the soccer, over land and sea...
