It’ has nothing to do with who is preferred to who in. Particular role it’s about what’s been published in the public domain about our current “General Manager” it’s not a good read and not a good look for the club. Like I said if the nationals get hold of the story they will have a field day. The headlines could make things awkward for the club. Better to act now either by issuing a statement of support with reasons why or release him from his post imo

For those demanding a sacking, employment law is designed to protect the employee and, probably, the only legal grounds for dismissal would be a failure to disclose a material fact when applying for the job. Only the Board will know whether that is the case.

I agree with Pedro on this.
Since he joined the club, and before, when he was a bobby at matches, he always seemed fine.
Unfortunately these instances set out in the misconduct findings show him in a very different light, with a dark and unacceptable side.
I wouldn’t feel happy with the club giving him a vote of confidence, because quite honestly I don’t think he deserves one.
If the club just ignores what’s happened, they shouldn’t be surprised if at some stage there will be negative publicity.
To repeat, I always found him ok, but hand on heart I wouldn’t want him to have anything to with my female relatives.

He let me off once when he was still working for the filth. It was a cold winters evening, you know how it is when you’ve had 6 pints of worthy’s and then stood in the cold watching a game for 2 hours.
