Bad brews
Pitch be ruined by October
No creativity
No atmosphere
Poor home attendance
34 year old on trial

End the season now.

That's why I'm surprised we've signed nobody for the right side of defence!, unless we're trying to get that lad from Blackburn again!

Decent 1st half showing. Look reasonably solid and unlucky not to be ahead at half time. We grew into the game on about 25/30 mins

2nd half a bit more disjointed and Bolton changes strengthened their side
Still searching for the Young Soul Rebels

Good game but as much as we have a good defence the players are in the latter years and if we come up against any players with pace we will be hung out to dry.
Innes Cameron looks good but we need another striker and midfielder.
Think our lack of forwards shows when we play the likes of Huddersfield and Bolton.
They get a goal we cannot respond accordingly.
We have two good keepers now.

Shane McLoughlin from Newport was mentioned but maybe he’s holding out for a better deal and or we’ll get him later on if another deal doesn’t materialise

First 60 mins was a good watch. Played some good stuff and unlucky not to score. Few fouls that wouldn’t have been received well on a Saturday mind , Stanway would’ve been shown red.

Kane Hemmings will be a Barrow player after that performance thought he was quality.

Second half Bolton brought on some good players and give us a different test.

Lewis Leigh and the other trialist number 20 in midfield didn’t get up too much probably no’s for me.

Another decent run out in the end

Rakeem Harper looked decent first half; he’ll be an asset, as will Earring when he gets match fit
7 (or 7.15 as it turned out) is a very civilised time to kick off as well

We are going to kick a few teams off the park this season. Something we have missed years gone by

Looking at Hemmings goal to game ratio over last 5 or 6 years would suggest a return of 10 to 15 goals if he played every game.
Its only a rough estimate I hasten to add.
Looked decent tonight and he's got plenty of experience.

Absolutely agree matches that finish after 9.45 are well past my bedtime

Don't a lot in BAE finish at 6-50pm now.
Early kick offs might be a problem for them.
