This weeks Barrow Social includes a lengthy chat with former Barrow midfielder Jason Ainsley who has held many roles with Saturdays hosts from player, to manager to his current role as head of football operations - and is one of many with links to both clubs.

And for Spennymoor.

Lets try not to mess this up as there are always shocks in the first round especially. Lets hope we are not one of them. Yes I'm stating the obvious!

As above let's just yet in the hat, potential banana skin but turn up and we are more than good enough to progress. Have a great day out to those that have traveled

Will be totally different to a league game. We should dominate possession which we don't do often in league games so let’s hope we use the ball well

Surely one for the TV?

Definitely a winnable game, let's go there and push on to round 3!

Have we ever had a FA Cup game at home in the last few years? Seem to be doing a Plymouth and never at home 🤣

Bit late for that now!

Tough draw not a good one for money or progression. Northampton away was though too and we managed that two years ago…
