Re: January signings
True but that fa cup money and that apparent 20% of 800k apparently from etaluku may help some of our budget.

Re: January signings
Wow, you’re off the mark early! I am still getting wound up by adverts for Christmas…
However, in terms of what we might need in January, I think it is actually too early to say as the team is really gelling now and we have more options as people come back from injury (and suspension). If it continues like this, I’m not sure we will need many, if any, to come in.

Re: January signings
I think you will find that we will need to move players on before we can bring anyone in. Moving guys out depends on whether they would want to go too. Even sending guys out on loan does not free up much as its usual for the parent club of the loan player pay a good percentage of the players wages.Bluebirdboy wrote: ↑Thu Nov 06, 2025 7:21 pm True but that fa cup money and that apparent 20% of 800k apparently from etaluku may help some of our budget.

Re: January signings
We need some cover at centre back for sure
Re: January signings
The team is doing well now after shaky start and unless we pick up a lot of injuries, if it ain't broke don't fix it
Just say no to VAR

Re: January signings
Foley is due back in January. We have Canavan, Shipley Ragland MJ Williams and Jackson who can all play in a back 3 so we are well covered at CB
Re: January signings
Surely the 20 goal a season striker is still on the list from 2022.

Re: January signings
Some of it might also be reasonably used to bring down the club's debt and repay some of the owners' considerable monetary input.Bluebirdboy wrote: ↑Thu Nov 06, 2025 7:21 pm True but that fa cup money and that apparent 20% of 800k apparently from etaluku may help some of our budget.
