But Jolley’s appointment caused a fair bit of debate after being made and was seen as unethical by some quarters.
Jolly should never been hired but that's down to values as Starmer is finding out.
Should always do due diligence and if not take the consequences.

The new manager bounce is not happening.
In all honesty tomorrow is crucial for our Manager and the Board will need to decide on stick or twist.
The main problem is whoever is selecting these Managers is very poor.

We hired a old head in Phil Brown and we stayed up not because of his success but the teams below us being so poor.

It's not looking that way this season and we need to start winning.

We saw how Rob Kelly managed to improve the team when he came in to help Andy Whing.
Alot of the original players look lack lustre.
The new lads are showing promise as well as Rose.
We must get 3 points tomorrow.

If they were worried about ethical values they wouldn't have hired the current Assistant Head Coach!

Well if there is a change - which I doubt will happen - there is one obvious candidate who will save us and his name begins with Pete. But we all know that too won't happen.

Correct me if I, m wrong but the lead up to the goal on Saturday involved passing at ground level. Why can't they play like that instead of feeding big defenders

John Welsh was involved in a unsavoury incident whilst playing for Preston at the time I think, a few years ago in a drunken assault. Surprised it wasn’t mentioned on here at the time he joined.
That being said the past is the past and everyone deserves a second chance.

I think the next three games and week is huge for Gallagher, anything less than 5 points and I’d be very worried if I was him. Performances have got better but it’s results that count. He wouldn’t have been my choice due to his inexperience - it’s a huge job to come into but we’ll have a better idea I think after the next three whether he is the right man or not.

What could possibly go wrong?? 2 players playing right and left back who don't play in that position!

The imbalance of not having a natural right back is killing us. Newby gets a lot of stick when it’s not his fault, he’s a winger who likes to get at his fullback. Id go out as attacking as possible try to get a couple of early goals as it will get toxic very quickly as shrews are going through a bit of a crisis at the moment, score early, shut them up and try to control the game. Don’t think there was much in it saturday, more errors from us again gifting them goals, there is a good squad here but the confidence is lower then a snakes belly atm. Need to get behind them instead of some of the nob heads saturday scrutinising every error 👍
