Re: Gallaghone!
Gallagher repeated what Whing did so he's gone the same way.
I don't think anyone was surprised by the results.

Re: Gallaghone!
One massive concern for me is how all this churn is going to affect us reputationally, both with higher division clubs and potential future coaches. We are hardly a stable environment in which to loan players to. Prime example Freddie Anderson, appreciate he's injured but I thought he looked an upgrade. Freddie Anderson, Brandon Powell were brought in through Gallagher's contacts and we are are relying on them to do a job for us.
Popular side since '03.

Re: Gallaghone!
I’m shocked by today’s news. I thought the board would give Gallagher a decent run - at least the next 2 games . This seems like panic, unless PG himself felt he was not going to turn it around. The players must be shocked too . Who’s the assistant coach? Why has this guy suddenly come to the fore after 2 years out of the game ? All very odd. What happens if we lose the next 2 at home? As someone said, it’s a real shit show .

Can the parent clubs call the young lads back? I assume they came here as Gallagher was here and could develop them some bloke shouting at them might not go down wellMatty wrote: ↑Wed Feb 11, 2026 10:08 pm One massive concern for me is how all this churn is going to affect us reputationally, both with higher division clubs and potential future coaches. If it was one of our competitors going through the mill in such a way many would be taking great delight at what’s going on for sure.Matty wrote: ↑Wed Feb 11, 2026 10:22 pmSadly to those looking from the outside we already are.Hitthebar22 wrote: ↑Wed Feb 11, 2026 10:16 pm There's a danger we could become a laughing stock

Re: Gallaghone!
It is an ongoing fiasco for the club and the most lethal of poison chalices for any manager in the EFL. However, we'll have to put that to one side for now, concentrate on the job in hand, back the Dino Dynasty and pray for a 'new manager bounce'.
We will foller the soccer, over land and sea...

Who cares if other clubs think of us.
A great man once said
“We have to survive in Africa. To survive we don't stand still. I tell my players, every lion wakes up in the morning and he's looking for the next meal.”
"Every gazelle wakes up that morning thinking 'how am I going to escape the lion.' That's how we survive in Africa, you're waking up to be the lion or to be the gazelle."

When did we start playing in Africa? We're not playing in the Cup of Nations are we?

It’s funny you mention Africa, Barrow has been like that episode of the Simpsons where there’s a different leader every day

Re: Gallaghone!
Paul Gallagher dismissal trending today, basically a 5000% increase in searches…. Well it’s a promotion of sorts for the club I guess.
Still searching for the Young Soul Rebels
