Take a punt on 5 free agents on a 3 month contract there must be plenty around. Cost say £50/60k which might give us some chance of survival a right back a centre half 2/3 midfielders. Got to be worth at least a try otherwise it's oblivion

Absolutely ghastly recruitment this season, has us doomed. All these different managers and the same outcome. The players aren’t good enough. End of.

Losing Spence, Gotts and Campbell had me worried over the Summer. How will we possibly replace them? We didn’t. Not even close.

We’ve brought in some absolute duffers. Some without the ability, some without the determination and some for an easy pay day before retirement.

I am even more worried about recruitment for next season. Disappointing beyond words. We haven’t just gone backwards, we are in free fall.

Spot on. Last season we were a pretty poor team but with a good midfield. This season we have a poor defence, an awful midfield bar McCann who is at least average and a non-existent attack.
