That was more like it yesterday. First half was ok but we went in one down. Second half apart from one great save from stairway we were the only side in it. Jacko and Mahoney linked up well on the right both has good games. MJ for me wa the standout. Directing breaking play up calm and composed playing the simple but telling passes. Boy have we missed him.
Aword on the referee. Had a great game for me kept the game flowing let a lot go for both sides showed consistency in what he giving fouls for probably one of the best this season. He contributed into making the game what it was a good game to watch.
One other thing big credit to the ground staff this season. I canto honestly remember when I last saw the Holker street pitch looking so good at the end of March. It has to be up there with one of the best in league 2 this season imo.

Brilliant from the lads yesterday, in particular that second half! Wow! We were unfortunate to be a goal down, that must’ve been some halftime team talk!!

That’s the level now lads. The belief is back, to a man, you can do this!

For the first time in months and months, that actually felt like Holker Street yesterday, why we all fell in love with watching Barrow. The team fighting, having a real go and the reaction from the crowd! Right behind them! Absolutely fantastic!

Yesterday was the first time practically all season that I have left with that “buzz”. Every player put a shift in. If we get something at Notts County on Friday, I will truly start to believe.

It was a pleasure to watch Barrow yesterday, a team playing with heart, commitment and desire. Everybody including my five year old grandson felt part of the desire to win. What felt like a mission impossible at the start became a total fight for the three points with a tremendous feel good factor at the final whistle. Every player deserves a share of the credit while the supporters played their part. If we can continue with this desire and enthusiasm for next seven games anything and everything is possible.

Yesterday was a very good performance but we should have scored more.
It's in the hands of the players and they need to remember there is nothing to fear but fear itself .
We need to follow this up with 3 points on Friday.
As Andy Woodman the Bromley Manager said the owners must wonder where these players have been all season.

Desperate times call for desperate action. The players showed bravery and responded. Let’s hope that sets the tone for the final seven games.

I thought in the second half we used the wind a lot better than Bromley did in the first. A lot of their through balls had been going straight out for a goal kick. In the second half we got a lot of joy through winning the ball in midfield, then running with the ball at their defence.
