Ah well-in that 48 years in non league there were times when I thought we would never get back in the league, so I am grateful for the past six years.
Let's hope it's not too long before we return.

Pathetic
Worst keeper we’ve had for years.
Don’t care if he’s local, he cost us our league status.

Goal difference is gonna send us down even if we win next week !
Shocking performance!!!!
Goals conceded last few weeks has been appalling and sorry but the GK has given away a goal against Chesterfield, Barnet, Cambridge of late and its cost us big time.

I'm surprised we took it to the next to last game, we've been worse than crap all season.

At the turn of the year we had a far better goal difference than all but Tranmere around us. It is now the worst in the league.
Don't let the old man in.

Re: Cambridge United v Barrow match thread
We’ll finish bottom, which is what we deserve.
We are the worst team in the EFL.
If we stick with the same recruitment, God help us next season, we’ll be down again like Morecambe.
Until I see it put right, I have zero faith in the board, that’s for sure.
The player recruitment and management hiring/firing fiasco this season has been an absolute disaster. DISASTER!
What a season. Get it over.

Really hope the way the ground is laid out the players have to walk past the Barrow end because I’ve no doubt that none of them will go over.

No quality whatsoever. Right through the team. Spineless all season.

Re: Cambridge United v Barrow match thread
As i said on another thread hopefully we can all make our way over to by the tunnel. Let this group of players know what they have done to this club. I hope the lot of them go. Or we can get ridBluebird_john wrote: ↑Sat Apr 25, 2026 4:49 pm Really hope the way the ground is laid out the players have to walk past the Barrow end because I’ve no doubt that none of them will go over.

Re: Cambridge United v Barrow match thread
Commentator keeps saying we have to beat Newport and hope Harrogate lose. If both games are won by 1 goal that still wouldn’t be enough
Re: Cambridge United v Barrow match thread
Mass exodus next week at holker street, none of them deserve our support let alone wearing the shirt, they did the damage in January and don't care clearly.
