Newby is a coward, end of. Couldn’t tackle a good Sunday Dinner. Can’t shoot, and could get shoved of the ball by my granny.

He’s played 39 games though. I don’t think he’s been any more of a let down than any of the others. Some of these players have played less than 20 games - clearly injury prone but is this being overlooked because they may have had a good touch in a 20 minute cameo. We need players who can stay fit and play 30+ games a season. We’ve had 30 odd players on the books and only 5 that have played 30 games or more. We can’t carry these players

As bad as they’ve been this season some of our players will be well above average in NL.
Stanway, MJ, Smith, McCann, Rose, Whitfield if fit, Fletcher, Raglan. Would even stretch to Jackson and Shipley.

Plenty to get rid of but need to keep some. Signing a whole new squad is a recipe for further disaster.

Definitely not Stanway.

So many mistakes. Can’t catch. Rubbish distribution.

He can go back to Holker Old Boys if they need a backup keeper.

No longer needed at Holker Street.

Jackson was great last season when he signed for us. A different player. He made 10 assists. This season? ZERO!

He has been garbage. Coasting. One of the reasons why we have been relegated.

He can leave, maybe Lancaster City need a left back.

This apart from Jackson for me, who just became a liability against diagonal crosses and the overlap, opposition targeted him and we had no alternative. Stronger, proper Full Backs required for next season.

Ability-wise the majority of the team have massively underperformed this season. On paper, we shouldn't have been anywhere near relegation and 'should' be top end of NL.

Everyone talks about a spine to build around.
For me
Winternottom -Keeper
Raglan - Defender
MJ Williams and McCann - Midfield
Rose -Forward

What makes you think they have underperformed?
I think we had the worst team in the division
. I don’t honestly think they could have done any better. They played to their ability. Every other team was just better than we were.
There’s no point dressing it up - saying so and so could do this or on paper, they’re better players.
The evidence was there for us all to see. This was an awful team. Worst in the division.

Not so. They have paid for the privilege and express their opinion. Surprised you weren't aware of that.

If he was, then the four managers must have had a different opinion from you, selecting him so regularly.

Winterbottom isn’t good enough.

He’s made mistakes for us. Went out on loan at Rochdale, in the National League, and made mistakes there too.

No idea why he wouldn’t play on Saturday. His disappearance was telling, as was Stanway’s.

Absolutely garbage. Maybe Hyde United need a backup keeper next season. He can go there.

I'd add Anderson - he's young and will only improve with game time at the lower level.
I'd add Innes Cameron. 7 goals in the last 5 or 6 weeks;- 2 thumping headers, 2 from about 18 yards and 3 goal poacher type goals. If we actually give him some decent crosses he'll score at NL level.
I agree with your caution about Whitfield - he'll do OK at NL level IF he's fit.
I'd keep Barratt on yesterday's showing.

I think we'll get offers for Stanway and McCann and they'll move on.

One player i'd like to get in on loan is a young lad from Rangers who was at Raith Rovers on loan this season and picked up 4 awards at their end of season awards night;- Paul Nsio a 20 year old box to box tackling midfield player, he's being likened to a young Steven Gerard.
Lancashire;- born and bred
