Also less of the “Let’s sign so and so who was good in League One/Two 5 years ago” but is now on his way down. More of the “Let’s sign this young lad, who has the potential to do well, and make it in the EFL”

Under 23s who are hungry to do well, want to give their all and have the potential to play at a higher level.

We need someone in the team who is a dead ball expert.

Wont be shedding any tears if Shipley, Jackson and Harper get shifted. Shipley not good enough, Jackson a shadow of the player first signed, been going through the motions most of the season, Harper has talent but is lazy and a heart of a pea.
