We’ve played an hour against Hornchurch and their goalie hasn’t made one save?

Signing a load of shite from lower end non league sides and expect a promotion chasing side, crazy stuff. 3 of the stiffest, least agile midfielders I’ve ever seen kick a ball, not an ounce of creativity between them. Walker looks like he’s won a competition to get on the pitch absolutely pish. Benjamin an absolute bomb scare get him gone. Same old [SwearFilter]

They should have had a penalty and a free kick on the edge of the area.

Absolutely terrible.

I've heard Murray on about making Barrow a horrible place for teams to go. It's been a horrible place for supporters to go for about 18 months.

I think we were all underwhelmed by a lot of the signings and there were a few questions. Aggression, commitment and in your face can at least make up for a lack of skill at times but where has that been today!? Awful here. No quality or creativity but we knew that before. The same midfield that failed last season is failing again, upfront we’ve got nothing and at the back we look shaky. I get it was always going to take time but we need a hell of a lot more than this. Fans will soon drop off again which we can’t afford and the basics aren’t there today which is worse than anything. Desperately short of 2/3 players still at least.

Every single stat over the last three seasons has flagged up our issues with creativity and scoring goals and we still have no one on the pitch that looks dangerous with the ball

Slow, no creativity, don’t ever look like scoring. Like last season up to now.

You know when you think things can’t get any worse, they can.

What an absolute excuse of a football team have we become?

The level that these guys are at as professionals doesn’t even get to level of local Sunday league football.
