Absolutely pathetic, cant win second balls, cant shoot, always taking unnecessary touches and overplaying everything, Benjamin wants dropping straight away, get marriot on from KO, this is not the same team we saw pre season..... beaten by a national league south team ffs Murray needs to address this quick, we have no out and out number 10 or 9.

All the fans want - we are desperate for an exciting team to watch. A team that plays fast flowing football. A team that gives us goals and chances and moments on the edge of the seat.

All we get is talk of trusting the process and best versions etc etc. give us something exciting to cheer. Where is the exciting front footed football in that game?

Well, it is early days but that was a massive disappointment. Where to start: too slow, laboured, pedestrian, second to most balls, where are those players that were billed as having "pace to burn", defenders big and clumsy.

MJ Williams did ok but most of the others were poor. I thought Marriot played some intelligent passes when he came on and Latty-Fairweather added something, but oh dear, what a big crash down from pre season hype and optimism.

I just don’t see a pattern to the play. People will point to Evatts first half dozen games but even then you could see what we were trying to do. I don’t know what we are trying to do here. It’s ponderous

On this showing we are not good enough - across the board. No cohesion, no reading the game, no adequate work rate.
Need to get this addressed or we tumble further for the rest of the season.

I was firmly in the " new manager, new squad, give them time" camp.See where we are in 8 -10 games.
I was wrong, the " bedwetters" were right.
This is awful and I fear we're heading for a relegation scrap rather than promotion.Murray has a real task on his hands and needs to deliver.

Personally dont feel that disappointed after a loss, it’s just become the norm, we’ve gone from beating Stockport / Bradford away in the EFL to losing to Hornchurch where I can’t remember a shot on target all game (not counting the penalty) Perfect storms dont come around that often, Ian Evatt, Quigley, John Rooney, we don’t have anything that

Credit to Hornchurch btw. They were the better side and had a plan.

We’ve got to just appreciate the 6 years in the EFl , coz without any new significant financial backing, it’s not going to happen again.

If he comes out positive I'll be concerned, hoping he rips them up for arse paper there

Not arsed about the EFL Just want a team that can pass the ball to each other forwards. Not cross it straight to the keeper and show abit of desire

Well we are in our usual position in the relegation zone. I don't know much about Murray but have heard him on the radio once or twice. I thought he came across as a bit immature and a bit of a bullshitter especially when he said we had dominated Hartlepool from start to finish. We have a lot of previous regarding giving managers the push and l would say this guy is on thin ice already.
We will foller the soccer, over land and sea...
