Let’s allow him to run half the pitch unchallenged and not foul him or put a challenge in. Shades of last season again here I’m afraid…
New right back looks no better than anyone who played there last season.

Going to be a long season again on this…

Murray plays a high line but Oakley should stay back but he's constantly out of position I think he's really poor!

Horrendous defending. It was actually Marriott who was attempting to track the goal scorer without putting a tackle or foul in. Oakley (right back) collided with a Harrogate player (possible foul?) as the 70-yard run started so was out of position. As for Winterbottom, should never be getting beaten at his near post like that.

Worrying that Murray thinks playing hoofball against two huge centre-backs is a sensible idea!

Latty Fairweather just missed a good chance should be 1-1. If this is our style for the season anyone at ground level is going to have a sore neck. We are a throwback to the dark old unibond teams everything is hit high and hopeful. No intent of passing on the ground because we’ve no one that can.

Early days still but the signs tbh already are more alarming than this time last season.

Not his fault but Benjamin is too slow to play in a back 3

Momentum has totally shifted now since the goal, funny how goals change games. I like kalambayi he’s strong and uncompromising but not sure about Oakley or Benjamin here. Oakleys touch let’s him down too. Not pretty but in your face is probably a fair assessment by the commentator. Certainly no complaints on effort but very little quality. Hopefully this new signing from Gateshead can bring a bit of control to our midfield, too much hit n hope here for me.

We dont look like world beaters, but take out the emotion of the start of our season, we look pretty decent. A lot of away games will be like this but we've made Harrogate look ordinary so far
