Might be just me but I thought we were outstanding. Totally dominated them. We’ll win a lot of games if we play like that.
The negativity on here is exactly what Murray has been talking about. Get a grip.

That was hard listening to that totally blinkered Harrogate co-commentary. Saying we are physical, he may take those yellow and black specs off and have look back at some of those horror tackles put in by Harrogate. What does he want a team to lie down for them to bang in 4.
Well played Barrow never gave up.

It was attritional if nothing else. We rolled our sleeves up and dug in deep which shows character.

Not pretty but ultimately effective.

Ref was a disgrace, only caught second half but what I saw was half decent from us.
Never gave in, that's the attitude we want to have and see.

It is awful, seems like it’s in the air more times than on the grass, it’s almost like casino football, the quote from last weekend was 30 crosses in the box?
Wild used to quote. 1.5 point average per game, to be a decent season, hopefully we can start catching that up

Re: Harrogate Town v Barrow match thread
Great effort and intensity, most of the possession and more shots than Harrogate, and we certainly deserved that point.
I had Radio York commentary on the DAZN stream and their commentator said after about 75 mins "the result is still in the air" and I thought to myself that the whole game has been in the bloomin' air! Not at all pretty, stopped Harrogate playing but we didn't show much quality ourselves. I thought Reid looked promising - he got two shots on target in his cameo. He and Innes might be a good combination, especially at home if we can be more expansive. I would definitely keep Whits on the right instead of Walker. I didn't see much of Marriott's influence as an attacking threat, but he kept popping up in defending situations with a timely interception or two.

Its a good job the team didn't admit defeat quite as readily as some of the fans on here! Well done.
