I get why as it seems like it’s been a long dark tunnel. But time to pull yourself together man, in order to appreciate you have to suffer sometimes. We had it so good for a prolonged period of time then totally fell off a cliff edge.
We are having to learn to adapt again after a total reset it doesn’t happen overnight. Stick with it and before long we hopefully will find something to be enthusiastic about once again then the roller coaster ride will all of been worth it.
Did we though? We had the season winning promotion under Evatt and then a couple of years of turmoil and survival going through five managers in two years. Granted we had two steady, solid years under Wild the second in particular until we collapsed. Ever since then though apart from a bright start under Clemence beating Derby and playing Chelsea, we’ve lurched from one bad appointment and signing to the next, served up some awful football and deservedly got relegated finally last season. People were fed up and I hoped that dropping a league would result in a winning team that would draw the crowds back again but so far that’s not happened and looks to be a way off still.

I wouldnt say we have had it good apart from the title season where we went up by default and didn't feel like a proper promotion anyways and 2 alright seasons the rest we have struggled really think we might have 5 wins at home in past year or so probably an average of 1 win every 2 half months we have seen 5 wins in 25 games at holker st this past year a disgrace

Finally 3 points on board and thats 4 in 2 matches.
We looked solid yesterday and the team fight which is great to see. 3 well taken goals but we could have had more if some lads shot instead of step overs or silly passes.
2 massive away games now before our next home game. 1 against a team 2 points above us then we are against the current bottom team. These are the games we would struggle against last season so pick up points and its a massive improvement. We need to go on a run now were we constantly pick up points and get ourselves in the mix. The team ate getting better as the manager said it will take a few weeks (months) and we've brought in a couple more yesterday which you can see improves the squad. Mooney looks a great addition from his stats and the young lad from Fleetwood has a good reputation for finding the net albeit not at NL level.
