Next time can you please arrange for a lack of music after a goal is scored instead.
I wonder if you’re in the minority with this opinion. Does anyone else dislike the goal music ?
The goal music appears to go down well with the vast majority Bailey. Plenty join in from where I’m sat in the main stand
Whatever you play be it before as the teams come out or when we score you will always get the detractors. It’s a tough gig Bailey I doubt many would step up to do it. Just crack on keep doing what you’re doing. Whatever’s one persons personal choice might not be another’s but not even Jesus Christ could please everyone 😏

No it doesn’t offend me personally and gets the crowd going a bit. Think it goes back to the Evatt days doesn’t it?
What I didn’t like was that music we used to walk out to last season it wasn’t very uplifting, need something a bit more upbeat!
Not sure if it’s been ditched as the sound was off yesterday pre match.

You can tell we won when the only real complaints are the sound and music 🙃

Thank you mate ! I enjoy the job and try my best. If I could please everyone then I wouldn’t be a non league stadium announcer 😂

Its about the only time the crowd all actually make a noise. Keep it

Or shall we make the atmosphere even more mundane? Heard more noise at funerals at times (bar the HSE)

Bordering on 'we won yesterday so let's find something else to complain about'.

Even before yesterday's problems there was no sound in the stand. at the first home game.

The club. will have to get it sorted as I believe is mandatory that everyone in the ground can hear safety announcements. although not sure if that applies to the National League.
Before the game, I went round the whole ground with my microphone and there were no problems, must be to do with volume. I will do the same at the next home game. The club have had the audio equipment serviced. So it must just be teething issues.
Was even worse when Darren was doing the half time tyre challenge

I really like the goal music. I get it though, it can be a bit out of place if we score after being 4 down. I say keep it. It's the one bit we have right.
The tannoy is worse than a 1970s train station announcement, and not just this week.
Another poor walk out song (when it is played). I mean, it's a bit obvious isn't it? No originality again, and nothing historically to do with us.
Mis-timed playing of the walkout song, as it has been for a couple of seasons now. It wasn't unusual for the previous song to have finished and the players still be in the tunnel. How hard is it to have someone give a signal.
At the previous match it was excellent to hear a bit of Pigbag/Perfecto Allstars as we TRADITIONALLY have for the second half...much like we TRADITIONALLY had Boys Are Back In Town.
We are a club without much of an identity. We keep changing things for the sake of changing things. This season we have a striped kit and a pink kit ffs. We had the centenary striped kit, there was no need to repeat it.

Football clubs need tradition. It's part of what they are. Ours is being overlooked.

Didn’t like last seasons walkout music, pretty cheesy to be honest.

The Glad All Over goal music is absolutely fine, something virtually the whole support gets behind.
We didn't underestimate them, we just didn't think they were that good.

Bailey I say
Thank you for the music, the songs your playing
Thanks for all the joy they're bringing
Who can live without them, I ask in all honesty
Where would Holker Street be?
Without a song and a chant then what are we?
So I say thank you for the music
For giving it to me 👍.
The sound is a bit tinny and muffled in places so does need addressing but there are more important things to deal with.
Surprised the new version of Bluey has not ruffled a few more feathers tbh.

Bailey, you're doing a top job, keep up the good work. (I nearly called you "Benny" then, but that's our resident poet, Mark, creating the distraction with his choice of lyrics above).

It's not your fault, of course, that the PA system has technical traumas but as you have mentioned that it's been addressed (pardon the pun) we hope all will be crystal clear at the next home match.

Class Post Mc mark! You do a great job Bailey. A few tweaks here and there and it’ll be fine. “Glad all over” needs to stay End of! It’s a tough ask getting an atmosphere at Holker St nowadays. Let’s hope we hear it LOT more this season!

Glad All Over is great as it gets most of the crowd going with it.
