We were at the game yesterday and it has to be said that the pitch and the breeze played a huge part. The ball was not bouncing consistently and there was a huge advantage on that surface playing with the wind as we did in the first half.
It was therefore madness playing such a high line in the 2nd half with a 2 goal lead and simple long balls we’re causing us all sorts of problems and on the turnover they were getting in behind us at will. There were warnings right at the start of the 2nd half with one glaring miss and you could just see it coming. So for me that one was definitely on the manager.

Some of you lot on here are insane, giving up after 7 matches is wild (not the Pete you’re desperate for, while you’re at get Cowps back up front eh?).

Some positives:

- Mikey Lane looks a real player, two superb goals.
- 2-2 away at Worthing isn’t actually a bad result.
- We haven’t actually played a bad match this season, just bad results.

It always rests with the manager as they pay the price ultimately, but rarely get the praise.

Mark all people are disappointed in is that he ( Murray) didn't accept any responsibility then said not making an excuse but a gale started to blow isn't that an excuse , yes it's not easy bringing in all these players but he's constantly coming out with clichés etc so he really does leave himself wide open!

The defence mirrors the manager then.
The Alamo was in ruins it will take a bit of rebuilding. All I’m saying is we all need to show some patience. There was criticism we weren’t scoring and creating enough chances, that looks to have been addressed but now we are paying the price in our defence being vulnerable.
The manager has to get that balance right and given time I think he will.
Might take a bit more shuffling of the pack to get the right hand but so be it the board have backed him to do so.

Their lad should've walked after bringing Lane down - he's was about to shoot with the keeper out of the equation. Would've been an unusual one but is the very definition of denial of a goalscoring opportunity. I get that a ref is really unlikely to ever give it, but it's one of those where by the rules it's fairly clear.

Wasn't the best watch by a king shot but away from home and actually "going for it" is a far cry from the walk in the pitch and wave the white flag like we did last season.

Pitch was bloody awful and should be banned, you can't play decent football on surfaces like that and yesterday showed that.

Away from home and we took a point, three would always be better and perhaps we maybe should have done but it's better than coming home with zilch.

I think the team is settling down a bit, the new additions look decent and the results will definitely start to come.

Disappointed that we didn't get three but happy overall with the improvements.

Mikey Lane, brilliant debut yesterday his second goal unbelievable composure their goalie just rooted watching it go in.
Three matches unbeaten and only one loss away from home.
Credit to Worthing yesterday second half performance was as good as ours first half if not slightly better.

I know our style is rough n tumble but how the hell was that not a red card for their guy second half.
On to Tuesday come on you Bluebirds.

Murray said in interview that the 4th official said it was a red card but the ref issued the yellow to quick why didn't he have a word with her, the match commentary keep calling her Abbey her name was Abigail.
